Congratulations, CULC Designation Recipients!

The inaugural group of professionals to earn an eLeadership Academy Credit Union Leadership and Coaching (CULC) Designation have graduated, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Jointly awarded by eLeadership Academy and Royal Roads University, the designation is achieved by credit union professionals who have demonstrated elevated leadership and coaching effectiveness. At eLeadership Academy, we are thrilled to have awarded the first designations for this advanced credential and honoured to have partnered with Royal Roads, as they are such a highly respected university.

Having previously received their Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL), representing over 100 hours of focused leadership and coaching training, these credit union professionals have just taken their leadership and coaching skills to the next level.

Exclusively for credit union leaders, the CULC Designation provides university level education for professionals looking to advance their knowledge and impact. These designation recipients have developed competencies in leadership and coaching and demonstrated the application of these skills, along with an understanding of their significance within their role in the credit union system.
