Certification and Credit
In partnership with Accredible, eLeadership Academy offers digital Completion Badges for each course completion. Digital credentials can be earned individually or combined to complete a Certificate in Applied Leadership. Explore all of our digital credentials on Accredible here.
Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL)
Earn a digital badge for each program completed. Badges can be shared on social media, emailed, or printed, and they’re all verifiable online. When all of the programs are complete, earn a Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL) to recognize this achievement. The four courses in the certificate program can be taken in any order or individually. Time to completion can take anywhere from 12 to 24 months, depending on the pace preferred.
Credit Union Leadership and Coaching Designation (CULC-D)
Upon completion of the Certificate in Applied Leadership, participants will be eligible to apply for a CULC Designation. All CULC-D earners have completed a Certificate in Applied Leadership (100 hours of training through four courses including eLEAD, eCOACH, eLeaderHUB, and eFOCUS), a minimum of two years working within the credit union system managing others or equivalent experience leading by influence operationally, demonstration of continuous learning and completion of the 12-Week CULC Designation Program.
Easily share credentials anywhere, in person and online.
The future is digital.
Digital badges and certificates are similar to any other certificate or diploma—except that these do more than collect dust. That's because in a few clicks, credential earners can instantly share their learning achievements with as many or as few people as they wish.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Email
Once a leader completes their eLeadership Academy training, they'll receive an email with a link to access their new credential.
Step 2: Review
Leaders can click to view, share, or download their credential. No additional account is required to receive the badges and certificates issued via Accredible.
Step 3: Share
With easy options for sharing, printing, or adding to LinkedIn, leaders can show others what they've accomplished with their digital badge and certificate. Once shared, others are able to view the credential, learn more about the achievement, and verify it online through the platform.
VIEW CREDENTIALSRecognition matters.
Sharing and celebrating achievements is an excellent way to recognize leadership development while showcasing competency in specific areas. For individuals, it can increase leadership confidence, build trust, and provide a pathway to career growth. For organizations, digital credentials can encourage employee engagement, promote learning, and build bench strength.
